The IMMO25 is the most important real estate trade fair in Switzerland and last took place on 15 and 16 January 2025 in Zurich Oerlikon. With over 150 exhibitors and more than 5,000 visitors, it offers a central platform for the exchange of ideas, inspiration and innovation in the industry. The event focused on future-oriented topics such as sustainable and energy-efficient construction, digitalisation and the development of new construction concepts.

Our association had the opportunity to take part in two pitches during IMMO25.

Moritz Zwahlen gave the presentation on Wednesday, 15 January, at 14:10: "Simulation for efficiency: reducing investment and operating costs through precise planning".

Manuel Frey presented the topic on Thursday, 16 January at 14:00: "Optimisation in existing buildings: The decisive advantage of thermal-energetic simulations".

Both pitches offered valuable insights into the use of building simulations to increase efficiency and sustainability in the property sector. This was another valuable opportunity for the Swiss Building Simulation Association to present the added value of simulations to an important audience.
